The warm and supportive atmosphere and stylish décor; combined with the latest in Cardio and Weight Equipment, sets it apart as Tulsa’s premier “Women’s Only” fitness facility. Our Selectable Weight Machines and Free Weight Area are designed for women that want a real workout with real weights, and provide a complete workout for the whole body. Our facility also includes: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Climbers and Cycles, each with a television monitor and headset and Group Fitness Classes. We also offer Tanning, Sauna, Massage Chairs, and lockers in a spa-like Dressing Area. Our Children’s Play Area is equipped with television and DVD.
